液压机采用先进的插装阀集成控制系统和PC电气控制系统，以及先进的格来圈和斯特密封机构，从而提高了整机的传动效率和可靠性，减少了液压系统渗透的发生。采用集中按钮控制，可实现寸动、行程范围均可调，并能根据拉伸件、压制件的不同工艺要求，实现内外滑块顶出缸的动作顺序的调整以及定压、保压、延时和定程的工作方式。

YR27,YR28 series quick single or double action hydraulic press for sheet metal stretching is mainly used in process of stretch forming,flanging and bending for various sheet metal parts. It's also suitable for stretching various alloy plate with high strength. THis series hydraulic press is equipped with two slide blocks for stretching and edge holddown. The wordtable is equipped with hydraulic cushi on or ejector cylinder ,which also available for stretching process .Both stretching and edgeholddown slide blocks are guided with 45-degree guide track with high accuracy and easy adjustment.The inner and external slide blocks of this series hydraulic press may be fixed together and become one to be used as single action hydraulic press.

The hydraulic press abopts advanced cartridge inserted valve integration control system and PC electrical control system,and advanced sealing mechanism to imporve the transmission efficiency and reliability of the whole machine and reduceleakage occurrence of hydraulic system Centrical button control is used to realize three operation modes of inching motion,single times and semi automatic.

The working pressure,pressing stretching speed and stroke range of hydraulic press are adjustable . It can also realize the adjustment of action order of inner & external slide blocks ejector cylinders as well as the working mode of constant pressure, pressure maintenance, time delay and constant stroke as per different process requirement of tension piece and molding die.
