本公司设计生产的闭式双点单动机械压力机主要有两大类，一类是固定台，另一个是移动工作台。均属通用性机械压力机。可以完成冲裁、弯曲、浅拉深、校正等冲压工艺，特别适应汽车、电器外壳等大型覆盖件的生产。

    机身采用组合式结构，底座、立柱、横梁为钢板焊接结构，采用方键定位、液压拉拔工艺预紧拉紧螺栓，保证机床有足够的刚度和精度保持性。设有导套导柱结构，使传动系统完全封闭在横梁内，噪音低，外形美观；导套导柱还承受连杆工作时产生的侧向分力，对提高滑块的运行精度有良好的作用。

    传动系统采用三级传动，优化设计传动系统，使从动惯量较老产品降低10%以上，从而降低离合器的能量消耗。高速级齿轮传动采用人字齿轮，低速级采用直齿轮传动；离合器采用小惯量的浮动块式摩擦离合器-制动器，采用优化参数设计方案以及合理的空气联锁控制系统，保证离合器与制动器在最佳的联锁下运行，动作灵敏可靠，不干涉，温升低，比国内同类结构的离合器寿命大大延长。

    过载保护装置采用进口的泵阀一体结构过载系统，动作灵敏可靠。气垫采用单顶冠结构，顶出力大，同步性好，有的还可以带闭锁及行程调节功能。润滑系统采用稀油自动循环润滑系统，各种润滑故障检测报警装置齐全。电气控制采用PLC系统，工作可靠，各种动作符合标准要求。

 J36 SERIES STRAIGHT SIDE TWO- POINT SINGLE ACTION MECHANICAL PRESSES 

There are two types of products in this series: one is fixed table and the other is mobile table. Both of them are univeral mechanical press, which is widely used in processing like the cropping, shaping and punching of big metal plate on each industrial sector of automobile, electrical appliances shells etc.

The body adopts composing structure. Base, upright post and beam adopt welded steel. With the guide sleeve and  pole designing, the transmission system are sealed up within the beam so as to lessen the noise effectively.

Transmission system adopts three-level system, abating the energy consumption of the brake.

The press adopts small-inertia floating block clutch and brake, whose lifespan is longer than the
same Domestic ones
