本公司设计生产的闭式单点单动机械压力机主要有两个系列，一个是快速高效系列（1600~5000kN）另一个是大行程标准系列（3150~20000kN），均属通用性机械压力机。可以完成冲裁、成形、弯曲、浅拉深、校正、挤压等各种冲压工艺。其中，快速大台面压力机是根据电机矽钢片冲压的特点设计的落料压力机。

        机身采用组合式结构，底座、立柱、横梁为钢板焊接结构，采用方键定位、液压拉拔工艺预紧拉紧螺栓，保证机床有足够的刚度和精度保持性。

        快速系列采用两级传动，低速级多数采用双边斜齿轮传动结构，传动平稳、受力均匀、噪音低；其离合器采用小惯量、刚性联锁的铜基粉末冶金摩擦离合器-制动器，无干涉，温升低、寿命长。标准系列压力机均采用三级传动，其中高速级齿轮传动采用人字齿轮，低速级采用直齿轮传动；其离合器采用小惯量的浮动块式摩擦离合器-制动器，优化了参数设计并采用合理的空气联锁控制系统，保证离合器与制动器在最佳的联锁下运行，动作灵敏可靠，温升低，比国内同类结构的离合器寿命大大延长。

        过载保护装置采用进口的泵阀一体结构过载系统，动作灵敏可靠。润滑系统采用浓油自动定时定量的润滑系统，大型产品采用稀油自动循环润滑系统。电气控制采用PLC系统，工作可靠，各种动作符合标准要求。更详细情况可咨询本公司有关技术人员。

There are two series: one is high speed and efficiency series(1600—5000kN) and the other is big-stroke standard series(3150—20000kN), both of which are universal press. They can complete all forging processes including punching, shaping, bending, simple stretching, amending, and pressing.

The body adopts welded steel.

The high-speed series adopt two-level transmission style while low-speed series adopt two-side
diagonal transmission structure characterized by steady moving, balance stress, and low noise. The standard series press adopt three-level transmission, and double helical gear and straight gear driving are equipped.
